Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Personalized and Imprinted Products
At Artees, we take great care in selecting the promotional products available on our site. However, due to the personalized nature of most items, we cannot accept returns once a product has been branded with your logo or artwork. To ensure your satisfaction, our customer service team will guide you through the ordering process and provide a final art proof with the quotation before proceeding with the imprint.
If you request an art design and then decide to cancel the order, a Set-Up Fee will be charged. For orders canceled during production, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Returns for Blank Products
If you order blank products (items without any added logo, artwork, or custom design), you may return them for a 15% restocking fee.
Returns for Defective Products
We are unable to accept returns on personalized or imprinted items due to manufacturing defects. For rush orders, a paper proof is often waived to expedite production; errors from the original artwork are not returnable.
Please inspect your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as returns will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the order unless the manufacturer’s warranty extends beyond that period.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected or your order is successfully canceled, we will notify you via email. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund for the price paid, including taxes but excluding any initial shipping charges, to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
